Qi means vital energy, Gong means ability and skills to build up your own vital energy. Qi Gong is also known as a mind, body and spirit alignment exercise. It enhances relaxation, regeneration, rejuvenation and revitalization. Aung Medical Qi Gong is a combination of Taoist, Buddhist and medical Qi Gong techniques.

- calligraphy-Qi flow with the brush
- phonation exercises (Zang Fu System/Rem/Du)

Qi Gong Retreat
A 2-day weekend retreat in a remote area focusing on:
- self cultivation
- self awareness
- appreciation of nature
- blessing to nature
Examples: Silent retreat, cultivate inner peace and harmony, enhance vital energy, enhance the intellectual capacity
Sites: The retreat usually takes place fall or spring, in a remote location with mountains and water
Who can participate? Those who have completed a minimum of level I Aung Medical Qi Gong, families, and anyone who is interested in Qi Gong are welcome.

10:30 am to 12:30 pm (for anyone who has taken the Thursday intro classes or beyond)
Thursday Evening Introductory Qi Gong
7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
For those who are interested in learning Qi Gong, seminars are held on Thursdays.
The first Thursday of each month begins a new session.
